   该线采用触摸屏动态显示操作，PLC程序控制；主机变频调速。瓶子先经超声波粗洗，后由特质瓶斗传输，经过九组工位内外压力冲洗后，进入高温隧道烘箱内烘烤、然后转入灌封机，由渐进式拦边网带进瓶、陶瓷泵跟踪灌装、柔性单刀或三刀滚压跟踪轧盖、凸轮式收瓶装置等先进工序，自动化程度高。是口服液高产量的理想设备。

本线具有在线清洗、超温报警、无瓶不灌、自动计数等功能。

Lt is the latest oral solution ideal for high-volume equipment. This line has on-line washing，over-temperature alarm，no bottle no filling，no bottle no capping，automatic counting functions.
