本机采用活塞灌装原理，空罐经输送到达灌装位置后，压缩空气经气动三联件进入气缸，把灌装阀打开，活塞在轮的作用下在活塞缸内向下移动进行灌装，待灌装完毕后灌装阀在气缸的作用下自动关闭，活塞缸再进行吸料。灌好的罐子经出罐后被同步运转的钩子链送到封口机上进行封口。当封罐机的托罐机构升起托罐盘后，压头压住盖子，两道滚轮分别在凸轮的作用下对罐进行预封和实封。封好后的罐在出罐拔轮的作用下送到出罐输送带上。

本机主要电气元件采用日本三菱的PLC、变频器及接近开关，德国西门子的模拟输出量及韩国的电磁阀，由公司的电器工程师设计成合理的配置形式，整个生产速度可以按照要求在触屏上自行设定，所有常见故障自动报警，并给出相应故障原因位置，根据故障的严重程度，PLC自动判断主机是否可以继续运行还是停机。

适用于灌装各类酱料（如番茄酱、辣椒酱、水果酱）等粘稠物料、高浓度及含果肉或颗粒饮料，甚至纯液体的定量灌装。

   The machine adopts the principle of piston filling. After the empty can is sent filling position，the compressed air will enter into the cylinder after passing through the pneumatic triplex parts to turn on the filling valve. Under the action of the cam，the piston will move downwards in the piston cylinder to carry out filling. After the filling is finished，the filling valve is automatically closed under the action of the cylinder. The piston will carry out material suction. After it is discharged，the filled can is sent to the sealing machine for sealing by the hook chain that runs synchronously. After the can supporting mechanism of the seaming machine raise the can supporting disc，the pressing head will press the cap，and the two trolleys will respectively carry out pre-sealing and read real sealing of the can under the action of the cam. The sealed can will be sent to the can discharging conveyor belt under the action the can discharging dialing wheel.

The main electric components of the machine include PLC，frequency converter and proximity switch of Japan Mitsubishi，analog output module of Germany and solenoid valve of South Korea，all of which are designed into the most reasonable configuration by our experienced electric engineers. The overall production speed can be set freely on the touch screen according to requirements. All common malfunctions will send out alarms automatically and malfunction causes and positions will be given correspondingly. According to different malfunction levels，the PLC will automatically determine if the operation shall continue the machine shall be stopped.

It is suitable for filling of various sauces(such as ketchup，pepper sauce，fruit jam)，viscous materials and beverages of high strength or containing pulps or granules，and even rationed filling of pure liquids.
